A Message To Our Members Regarding COVID-19
Branch and ATM Availability

Dear Valued Members, 

At United Credit Union, the health, safety and well-being of our members, staff and communities that we serve is our greatest priority. As we monitor the spread of COVID-19, we want to keep you updated on what United Credit Union is doing to respond to this public health emergency.

Effective April 6, 2020, United Credit Union will temporarily close four (4) branch locations and switch to drive-up only service at our Pulaski branch. Below is a list of the affected branch locations. Though this temporary decision was difficult to make, we feel it is our obligation to proactively put our members’ and staffs’ safety first, and do our part in helping to minimize the spread of this virus.

9148 S. Western Ave, Evergreen Park, IL ATM Available

Our Pulaski branch drive-up at 4444 S. Pulaski Rd in Chicago will remain available for transactions Monday through Friday from 8:00 am – 6:00 pm and Saturday from 8:00 am – 1:00 pm. We ask members to please be patient as the wait time may be longer than usual. Our lobby will be available by appointment only. To schedule an appointment, please call 1-800-848-3444.

ATM availability. The Hyde Park branch ATM will not be accessible during this time. All other United Credit Union ATMs continue to be available. Please use your debit card to gain access to the North Branch (4747 W. Peterson Ave, Chicago) and Evergreen Park Branch (9148 S. Western Ave, Evergreen Park) ATM located in the vestibule. The Chicago Teachers Union branch (1901 W. Carroll Ave., Chicago) ATM is located inside the building on the first floor. You may also access your account at any of our surcharge free ATMs. To find a location near you visit www.allco-op.org.

Telephone access to our Call Center will be available Monday through Friday from 8:00 am – 6:00 pm and Saturday from 8:00 am – 1:00 pm. We are here to assist with your financial needs.

Stay connected. We encourage you to use our digital banking services to help you bank conveniently and safely.

  • Online Banking and Mobility Banking – access your accounts, transfer funds, check balances and much more. We are here to assist you in setting up these services. Please call us at 1-800-848-3444 if you need assistance.
  • Call 24 Bank-By-Phone – conduct transactions on your account using a touch tone telephone. A Personal Identification Number (PIN) is needed to use this free service. To obtain a PIN, please call 1-800-848-3444.
  • Online Lending – apply for a loan using our online application
